In my current position, I teach French language, writing, reading and oral comprehension. Over my ten or more years of teaching, I’ve managed to successfully Increase my student’s reading and writing understanding test scores.

In my pursuit of lifelong learning, I'm made it a point to stay up to date on the most current teaching methods, like cooperative learning and flipped classroom and I educate myself on concepts such as subject-specific pedagogy, language production, and theories of second language acquisition.

Even with the challenges of the current educational landscape, the feeling of watching students grow their interest on the language, that moment which all teachers hold to, never gets old. I’m passionate about forging relationships with students that build a sense of confidence and enable them to grow as learners.
