Step 1:

Fill out the visa application form online at this web site:

https://bio.visaforchina.cn/PNH3_EN/qianzhengyewu , download and print out the full application form, and sign the confirmation page.

Step 2:

Submit the application materials at the visa center. Please go to the CVASC. Address:

Material Requirements:

l Application form completed online (please print-out of the full form, 8 pages in total).

l A valid passport with at least six months of remaining validity and blank visa pages, and a photocopy of the passport's data page and the photo page.

l Three recent, front-facing, color, white-background, bareheaded passport-sized photos.

l Proof of legal residence status  in Cambodia (for citizens of other countries who are in Cambodia).

l A photocopy of previous Chinese passports or previous Chinese visas (if applicable).

l If you have obtained Chinese visas before and want to apply for a Chinese visa with a renewed foreign passport that does not contain any Chinese visa, you should present the photocopy of the previous passport's data page, as well as the previous Chinese visa page. (If your name on the current passport differs from that on the previous one, you must provide an official document of name change.)

l For long-term study (more than 180 days): Original and photocopy of the Admission Letter issued by a school or other entities in China, and original and photocopy of "Visa Application for Study in China" (Form JW201 or Form JW202).

l For short-term study (less than 180 days): Original and photocopy of Admission Notice and DQ form (if any) issued by a school or other entities in China.
