寒假将至，为确保大家度过一个安全、愉快的假期，请注意以下事项：
To All Foreign Teachers:
As the winter vacation approaches, please follow the guidelines below to ensure a safe and enjoyable holiday:
一、离校前准备 / Pre-Departure Preparation
1. 关闭办公室及住所所有电器、电源，拔掉插头，确保消防安全。
Turn off all electrical appliances and power sources in your office and accommodation. Unplug devices to ensure fire safety.
2. 锁好门窗，贵重物品请随身携带或妥善寄存。
Lock all windows and doors. Carry valuables with you or store them securely.
3. 将行程安排及紧急联系方式告知学校国际交流处或您的合作教师。
Inform the International Exchange and Cooperation Office or your cooperative teacher of your travel plans and emergency contact details.
二、出行安全 / Travel Safety
1. 乘坐正规交通工具，保留票证，提前了解目的地天气与交通状况。
Use licensed transportation services, keep tickets/receipts, and check weather and traffic conditions in advance.
2. 遵守交通规则，不酒驾、不疲劳驾驶。
Observe traffic rules; do not drink and drive or drive while fatigued.
3. 保管好个人财物，在公共场所注意随身物品。
Keep your belongings secure and be mindful of personal items in public areas.
三、防诈骗提醒 / Fraud Prevention Reminders
1. 警惕陌生来电/信息：任何自称使领馆、公安机关、银行或快递公司的来电，凡提及转账、汇款、索要密码或验证码，均为诈骗。请勿轻信，务必通过官方渠道核实。
Beware of unfamiliar calls/messages: Any incoming call claiming to be from an embassy, consulate, public security authority, bank, or courier company that mentions transferring money, making payments, or requesting passwords or verification codes is a scam. Do not readily trust such calls, and be sure to verify through official channels.
2. 谨慎网络交易：不点击不明链接，不扫描来源不明的二维码。网购时选择正规平台，不私下换汇或进行大额陌生转账。
Be cautious with online transactions: Do not click on suspicious links or scan QR codes from unknown sources. Use reputable platforms for online shopping. Avoid private currency exchange or large transfers to strangers.
3. 谨慎对待“紧急事件”：如接到声称亲友出事、涉及案件等“紧急”电话，请保持冷静，先通过其他可靠途径核实情况，切勿匆忙汇款。
Be skeptical of "emergency" claims: If you receive an "urgent" call about a family member/friend in trouble or legal involvement, stay calm. Verify the situation through reliable means before taking any action. Do not transfer money hastily.
4. 保护个人信息：不随意透露护照号、身份证号、银行账户、家庭住址等信息。
Protect personal information: Do not disclose your passport number, ID number, bank account details, home address, etc., to strangers.
5. 如遇可疑情况：请立即联系学校国际处或本地警方求助。中国警方报警电话：110。
If you encounter suspicious situations: Contact the International Exchange and Cooperation Office or local police immediately. Chinese Police Emergency Number: 110.
四、健康与应急 / Health & Emergency
1. 注意饮食卫生，预防季节性疾病，适当备好常用药品。
Maintain food hygiene, prevent seasonal illnesses, and prepare necessary medications.
2. 注意防寒保暖，保持良好作息；如遇身体不适，请及时就医
Stay warm and maintain a regular schedule. Seek medical attention promptly if feeling unwell.
3. 遇到突发情况或安全威胁，第一时间报警并与学校联系。
In case of emergencies or security threats, contact the police and the school immediately.
